Information on Shipping Charges, Purchase Orders, Warranties, Website Use and Restrictions, and more.

  • PRODUCT ORDERS

    All orders placed through the Website are subject to National Sports Products’ acceptance. National Sports Products may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled by National Sports Products, National Sports Products will issue you a refund.

  • PLACING AN ORDER WITH A PURCHASE ORDER

    We accept formal Purchase Orders over $250.00 from: Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Government Entities.
    The PO form must include the following information:

    1. It must be submitted on official organization letterhead.
    2. It must have a Purchase Order #.
    3. The product name/s, part numbers, price, and the quantities you wish to order must be clearly labeled.
    4. Contact name, phone number, billing address, and shipping address.
    5.  The e-mail address for the order.
    6. Name and Signature of authorized representative of organization to complete the purchase.

    Conditions:

    • Minimum purchase of $250.00 for all purchases by PO.
    • “Requisitions” will not be accepted.
    • Orders will only ship after all information is verified, approved, and confirmed by our sales team.
    • We reserve the right to decline purchase orders.
    • Payment is due within 30 days of shipment.

  • SHIPPING CHARGES

    Unless special arrangements are made, National Sports Products ships within the Continental United States only. Shipping rates and lead times are listed on product description pages. For easy checkout, many products ship free or have a flat rate shipping charge assigned to them. Unless a product has free shipping, all orders have a $15 minimum shipping charge. If total shipping cost in uncertain, please add to your cart for an exact calculation. Please contact us via email or phone at (800) 478-6497 for custom freight quotes or shipment outside the Continental U.S.

  • DELIVERY

    Orders will either ship UPS Ground or via LTL Freight common carrier. National Sports Products reserves the right to specify the carrier on all shipments. Third Party and Freight Collect shipments are not available. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed carrier information and tracking details.

    For LTL Truck shipments; carriers will call you at the phone number provided on your order at least 24 hours in advance to set a delivery appointment. When the carrier arrives for delivery, there must be an adult present to inspect the items, sign the delivery receipt, and unload. Please note that truck drivers will not unload items – this is the sole responsibility of the recipient. If you do not have an elevated loading dock or forklift to unload your items from the truck, a liftgate may be required. A liftgate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will physically lower your order to the ground so that you can take it inside your business or home. The truck driver will place your order on the ground using the liftgate and you are responsible for moving it to the desired location at your property. This service is available for an additional fee and is NOT included with standard shipping on your order. If a Lift Gate is needed, please make this request to the carrier who will then contact us and provide a quote for the service. We will then contact you for approval/acceptance of the fee and confirmation to proceed.

    Occasionally products can be damaged during transit, so it is important to arrange for an adult to be present during the delivery and carefully inspect all items upon receipt. Any missing and/or damaged items must be noted at the time of delivery, on the delivery receipt. Please also be sure to take several pictures of any damage. Failure to properly note damage will nullify a claim and may result in additional costs to you. In addition to notifying the carrier, please also contact National Sports Products immediately to report your issues at 800-478-6497 or email us.

  • ORDERING CUSTOM PRODUCTS

    Custom products such as windscreen and netting require additional information prior to order placement. Please contact National Sports Products via email or phone at (800) 478-4162 for assistance with custom products. For quote requests through email, National Sports Products makes an effort to respond within 1-2 business days.

  • BACK ORDERS

    You will be notified of all back ordered items. Back ordered items are shipped as soon as they become available. You will be invoiced for the backordered item at time of shipment.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    Orders may not be cancelled once the order goes into production. To avoid a penalty, all orders must be cancelled within 7 days of order date. Orders cancelled after 7 days of placement will incur credit card processing fees of up to 5% of order value. National Sports Products does not refund shipping costs. Furthermore, cancellations or refusal of shipped orders, unless the error is due to a National Sports Products error, incurs a 20% restocking charge, with a minimum charge of $20. Any cancellation requests must be approved by National Sports Products.

  • RETURN POLICY

    All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact customer service at (800) 478-6497 for return authorization.

    Upon receipt of request for return, a return authorization (RA) will be issued. The RA number must appear on all shipping labels. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED PREPAID. Collect shipments will not be accepted. You have 60 days from purchase date for non-defective returns.

    Exceptions: All custom orders cannot be returned unless the product is defective or due to a National Sports Products error.

  • REFUND POLICY

    Credit for returned items will be issued only after National Sports Products has determined that the returned items are defective or can be restocked.

  • WARRANTY

    National Sports Products warrants our products against material defects and poor workmanship for a period of one year from date of invoice unless the product is otherwise marked. This warranty is voided in cases of misuse or vandalism. This is the extent of the National Sports Products warranty. National Sports Products extends no warranty, express or implied, for damage rising from the use or alleged failure of any product, nor does it extend any warranty of merchantability. The terms and conditions of this warranty notice supersede any that may appear on a purchase order. National Sports Products shall in no event be liable for loss of use or profit, or for other collateral, special or consequential damages.

    National Sports Products, at their sole discretion, will repair, replace, or credit defective items upon authorized return. National Sports Products will pay shipping costs only when repairing or replacing defective products.

  • WEBSITE USE RESTRICTIONS

    The National Sports Products website (“Website”) may be used only for non-commercial use to place an order or purchase National Sports Products merchandise. Any other use is prohibited unless agreed to by National Sports Products in writing. Ownership notices from materials downloaded or printed from the Website may not be changed or deleted. Modifying, copying, translating, displaying, distributing, reproducing, republishing, downloading, displaying, posting, transmitting or sale of any intellectual property or content appearing on the Website is forbidden.

  • SHIPMENTS TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

    Please be advised that one or more of the items on your order may contain chemicals per California Proposition 65. You are responsible for determining suitability of product for intended application, determining product’s compliance to any and all federal, state, and local codes, regulation and/or requirements including California Prop 65. If you are re selling the products, you are responsible for relaying this warning to your customer.

    By purchasing from our website and shipping into the state of California – you confirm that you have been made aware of this warning and will not hold National Sports Products or Douglas Industries liable for any exposures or labeling deficiencies related to Prop 65. You can go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov for more information.

    In addition, a 5% handling fee is added to all orders shipping to California to cover extra packing expenses.
